Front door deadbolt is getting harder to turn. Tonight it would not throw all the way and I had to pull the door hard to get it to latch.

That is a security priority. If you cannot secure the door tonight, contact your building emergency line or landlord after-hours number if you have one.
For diagnosis: does the misalignment feel worse at the top of the door, and does the deadbolt scrape the strike plate?

Scraping sound. Top hinge side has a small gap when closed. I lubed the keyway with graphite — helped a little but bolt still binds.

Graphite on the cylinder is fine for the key, but binding when throwing the bolt often means frame shift, a worn strike, or a failing bolt mechanism.
Do not file the strike plate yourself unless you are sure — wrong adjustment can weaken the latch.
Is there a second exit you can use until this is fixed?

Yes back patio door locks. I will use that. I need the landlord to fix the front deadbolt.

Good plan. Use Notify my landlord as urgent with what you wrote: binding deadbolt, possible frame alignment, graphite only partially helped, alternate exit available.
They may send a locksmith to adjust strike or replace the lockset.

Submitted. Waiting on them.

Noted. If the door fails to secure at any point before they arrive, treat it as an emergency and use your after-hours contact.
