Does DoorLoop have AI triage?
Not as of April 2026. DoorLoop has a good tenant portal and a clean ledger; they don’t ship an AI chatbot that deflects tickets before a human sees them.
What if I already have a bookkeeper?
Then TenantAssist is almost certainly the better fit. We export clean QuickBooks/Xero CSVs and give your bookkeeper the data they need — we don’t try to be their tool.
